Eh, might I suggest that you go in and edit all of your forums so that the default sort order is selected as "Show All"? This is helpful and such, so we can see all the topics in a forum, and not miss out on them.

Also, I think that you hsould make it so that someone who doesn't have the frequnter thing can only post in the off topic area, but not start. Because otherwise, there really isn't a place for newer members to post, thus making it harder to get the frequenter.

But, your choice.

EDIT: And it seems to me that there are unnecisary posting restrictions in a few forums, such as news. If you want your members to be active, then you should just let them post, eh? How can they earn posts so they can post in certain fourms if there really aren't places to post in the first place?
