Title: What Is Biotech?

Iruini Nuva - November 15, 2006 06:29 AM (GMT)
Biotech Game Productions® is a small game-development company dedicated to bringing you the highest quality experience as is within our capability. We currently have two primary games in development with more being planned. Most of our games have revolved around the Bionicle® storyline created by Lego®. Thus far we have not deemed our games to be at a level where they could be sold on the open market. However, making commercial quality games is high in our interests, even though we have chosen to release them absolutely free. Biotech is currently made up of 6 staff members plus 3 who are aspiring to join. All of these people have been very helpful and extremely valuable, both in their specific field and out of it. You can read about these talented individuals in the Staff section on our website. On behalf of all of the staff at Biotech, please enjoy our free games.

Age: 15
Role: Administrator, Head Programmer, and Design Lead
Description: IN has been creating games for several years now. "Legend of the Hagah", his first major release on BZPower, was a success, though nowhere near a blockbuster. Since then he has created other games such as, Bionicle: Duel Combat which proved to be even more popular than LotH. Encouraged by the success of his previous games and backed by a rapidly expanding knowledge of video game design and programming, he decided to form a company so as to better provide the community with his productions.

Role: Design, Spriting
*DWAN* is a fairly recent addition to the Biotech team, but has already proven himself to be invaluable. Before joining he helped with gathering images for Piraka 3D. When a design slot was opened, Dwan rapidly responded, and was in turn rapidly accepted. An accomplished artist, he has produced many unique designs and has enabled Biotech to boost it's image quality dramatically. He surprised (and impressed) IN even more when he began spriting his designs out of the blue with amazing quality.

Role: Spriting
Marok the most recent addition to the team. He has done some wonderful promotional spriting for the company as well as creating a number of gamesprites himself. He has been a devoted staff member, continuing to try to get work done regardless of the delays or obstacles he encounters. If he chose to leave, the gap would be noticed.

Age: 16
Role: 3D graphics
Zachrias has had less involvement in Biotech's games than the rest of the staff, but that has made him no less valuable. He has created multiple 3D models, most of which will be placed in Maze of Shadows 3D. Zachre is unique from most of the other staff in that he joined the team when no slots were open for his position. He merely asked to help out. Zachre also works for bORED STUDIOs.

Nickbomb has proven himself to be an incredible supporter, keeping morale high within the team, and just being an all around encouragement. Though he has known IN for only a few months, they have become close friends. Nickbomb has proven himself to be a hard worker, and one who is constantly trying to help out. Just be careful - if you start a PM conversation with him, your inbox will be fill really fast.
