Is Biotech an Official game producing company? Like Naughty Dog games but for the computer?

Biotech is not an official gaming company. Weare trying to make games to the highest of our extent. One day we'll sell ful games.

Allow me to clarify this. We are not official in the sense that we are in fact a government recognized corportation. However, we are a freelance game development "company" in a looser sense. It's fairly hard to explain. Consider us to be an unofficial group of people working together to develop games, sort of like a complex club.
