Any thoughts on how we could improve this place, where we could post links, etc.?

Have an application center where members can show their work and have a chance of being hired.
A center for off topic discussion (?)
we need more members.

On that note... Two other things similar that I've seen before.
A. Unnoficial Work:
Place where members can post their own artwork or mini games etc... or fan related material.
B. Review Section:
We're a game company right? So what if we have official Biotech Reviews of store bought games; I.E. Halo, Half-life, Battlefront, Call of Duty... Etc. Etc.

Hmm, I like the application section.
Not sure on the Off Topic section yet. It'll kinda depend on how much it ends up being needed or requested.

Well, Artwork does cover fan art (as mentioned in the subtitle). Doing an official review section is certainly something that should be considered. I'd like to see what others think of it first though.

Actually, on the note of off-topic... I think it could have some use. *halo discussion yayness.* but either way. v_v
Another thing. The red Offline seems rather out of place. Grey maybe... or something that fits with the colour scheme better?
